Firefighter
I work for Haralson County Fire Department. I have been associated with the Department for about 2 years and have been a full-time employee with them for about 8 months. I am currently stationed at station 11(Felton for those you who are familiar with the county) on A shift.
Key Responsibilities
My job consists of much more than fighting fire. We also respond to medical, hazardous materials, and other types of incidents in the county.
Haralson County (Station 11)
Station 11 is located just south of the Haralson Co./Polk Co. line on Steve Garner Road in Felton. Felton is an unincorporated community in northern Haralson County. The Station is a 3 bay station that houses a tanker and engine. The station also has a community room that is available to the public for events such as Birthday parties and family reunions.

Classic Mustang
I am working on restoring a 1967 Mustang. I have completed the engine and now I am working on getting the money up to fix the body.
I am a 20-year-old single firefighter from Haralson County. I know most of you are saying, "Where the hell is Haralson County?" well it is a small rural county in northwest Georgia. I was born and raised a small town in Haralson County called Bremen (exit 11 on I-20). My service with the fire service started when I was 18, as a volunteer firefighter for the county. I never intended to become a career firefighter, but after I started working part-time for the county I found I loved the work. So I more or less dropped everything and went running to the fire service.
Some of my hobbies are paintball, rappelling, and computers.
